As a Partner Account Executive dedicated to the Spanish market, you will be the engine behind the growth of our partnership program in Spain.
Your mission: identify, qualify, and acquire new partners —it is a sales role focused on bringing agencies, resellers, and software vendor into the Spoki partner ecosystem.
Proactively source potential partners in Spain through outbound activities based on ICPs and verticals defined with the whole Sales team;
Manage and qualify inbound leads interested in joining Spoki’s partner program;
Clearly communicate the value of the partner program and partner panels to convert prospects into active partners;
Create high-quality first interactions, build interest, and lead partners through a smooth acquisition process;
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine ICPs, messaging, and materials specific to the Spanish market;
Be the point of contact outside Spoki in Spain for Partner Program
We’re looking for a dynamic, sales-oriented professional with deep understanding of the Spanish digital and SaaS ecosystem. Experience: 3–4+ years in sales, business development, or partner acquisition roles, ideally in SaaS or digital industries;
Fluent English and Spanish (both required); Italian is a plus
Commercial mindset: structured, persuasive, and skilled in qualification and acquisition processes;
Technical interview focused on sales and partner acquisition methods;
Final interview with the CEO and key managers

Employees working from the Barcelona office must spend 1 full week at the San Vito dei Normanni (Italy) office every 2 months (i.e., Expenses: 100% of travel and accommodation expenses are reimbursed by Spoki.
