What is the Project?
Our client, a major global organization in the life sciences sector, is developing a new digital platform inspired by Pro Campus to centralize scientific content for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
The platform will:
Provide learning tools such as quizzes
Collect data on HCPs’ preferences and interests
Support upcoming medication launches, including a key launch in the US planned for March
Deliver a Version 1 release by March
You will join the Digital Innovation / R&D accelerator team, working across design, research, and engineering to drive the product vision and delivery.
And your role in this?
As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering features that meet business objectives and end-user needs. You will serve as the bridge between strategy, design, engineering, and stakeholders.
This is a hands-on PO role, ideal for someone experienced in Agile, product methodologies, and fast-paced digital environments.
Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities
Capture, refine, and maintain a detailed product backlog
Work closely with designers, researchers, and technical teams to ensure end-to-end alignment
Translate business and user needs into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives)
Ensure timely delivery of the Version 1 platform for the March launch
Monitor product progress, risks, and dependencies
Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
Ensure product decisions are data-driven, based on user research and analytics
Ok, what should you bring?
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product role
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and product methodologies
Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, research, engineering, business)
Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and define priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
Experience in complex or regulated environments is a plus (healthcare, pharma, life sciences)
Fluency in English (French is a plus)
Availability to work onsite in Barcelona 3 days/week
Autonomous and proactive mindset—able to push delivery forward
