We are currently seeking a skilled EU RFP Proposal Technical Writer with expertise in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) domain. The role involves developing high-quality, compelling, and compliant technical proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), RFIs, and RFQs for the European Institutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze RFP/RFI/RFQ documents and identify requirements
* Develop clear, concise, and persuasive technical proposal content
* Collaborate with subject matter experts, solution architects, and sales teams
* Translate complex ICT concepts into understandable language
* Ensure compliance with RFP requirements and evaluation criteria
* Manage proposal timelines and coordinate deliverables
* Maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and knowledge repositories
* Review, edit, and proofread proposal submissions
Required Qualifications
* University Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology, Communications, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in technical writing in ICT or telecom
* Proven experience responding to RFPs and proposals
* Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English language
* Ability to understand technical concepts such as software development lifecycle, DevOps, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
* Working knowledge of mainstream GenAI tools
Preferred Skills
* Experience writing proposals for European Institutions tenders
* Knowledge of ICT industry standards and technologies
* Knowledge of ITIL and Project Management methodologies
* APMP certification is a plus, other certifications a nice-to-have
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Experience with proposal management tools and repositories
