Role Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and proactive person who wants to grow with us. Someone with a digital mindset, aesthetic sensitivity, and customer orientation. This position is ideal for someone with a solid interest in e-commerce and digital marketing who wants to take on more responsibility and develop professionally in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
E-commerce & Operations
* Order and stock management
* Product publishing and updates on Shopify
* Coordination and monitoring of orders
* Stock management and liaison with warehouses and logistics providers
* Customer issue resolution and post-sales follow-up
* Invoice generation and coordination with the administrative team
Digital Marketing & Communication
* Planning, execution, and monitoring of social media campaigns
* Website and email marketing content management (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)
* Collaboration with external agencies for Paid Media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
* Support for SEO strategy and continuous improvement of the conversion funnel
Analysis & Optimization
* Creation of performance reports (sales, campaigns, website traffic, etc.)
* Use of tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar to extract actionable insights
* Identification of continuous improvement opportunities in processes and customer experience
Profile We\ 're Looking For
* Organized professional with a background in Business, Marketing, or similar
* Advanced level of English (essential);
other languages are a plus
* Basic knowledge of tools such as Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, etc.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer focus
* Passion for authentic products, gastronomy, and sea culture
