The position is b100% remote /b, although there is an office available in Barcelona. /ppbr/ppbKey responsibilities: /b /ppbr/ppTalent Acquisition Strategy Execution /pp● Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions (IT, Product, Marketing, Customer Care, etc.) /pp● Team with hiring managers to understand role needs and team dynamics. /pp● Source proactively using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, internal referrals, and creative outreach. /ppbr/ppCandidate Experience Employer Brand /pp● Ensure a seamless and human candidate experience from first contact to onboarding. /pp● Support employer branding initiatives. /pp● Contribute to content, events, and campaigns that bring our culture to life. /ppbr/ppData Process Improvement /pp● Track, report and optimise KPIs (time to hire, candidate quality, satisfaction, etc.) /pp● Maintain and improve our ATS and hiring processes to ensure consistency, agility and scalability. /ppbr/ppbRequirements: /b /ppbr/pp● 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in fast-paced tech/startup environments. /pp● Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and sourcing across multiple profi les. /pp● Familiarity with tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR analytics. /pp● Strong communication and organisational skills, with a people-fi rst approach. /pp● Fluent in English and Spanish. /pp● Creative mindset and strong bias for action. /ppbr/ppbSchedule /b: Full Time (7.5h/day).
