We are looking for a Guest Service Agent / Bellman to join our magnificent Front Office team at Serras Barcelona Luxury Boutique Hotel, 5\\* GL!

Duties & Responsibilities of Guest Services Agent / Bellman:
\n
To meet and greet arriving guests and bid them farewell as they leave.
\n
To make a good first impression on hotel guests, moving luggage, showing guests to their rooms and acting as a concierge.
\n
To promptly attend to guests' enquiries and assist them with their needs.
\n
To prepare welcome drinks for a personalized check in and park guest´s vehicles.
\n
To aid guests in planning their itinerary by being familiar with the best places to tour, shop, and dine.
\n
To be friendly, knowledgeable, always present in the hotel lobby & maintain proper decorum at all times.
\n
To provide general assistance to the Front Office Manager and Guest Relations Team
\n
Requirements
\nPrevious experience in a similar role in a 5\\* GL hotel is a plus\n
Proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of other languages is a plus
\n
Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
\n
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
\n
Successful problem-solving skills.
\n
Outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
\n
Excellent overall communication and organization skills.
\n
Ability to multi-task
\n
Driving license The ability to work well in an international team environment.
\n
Ability to work versátil hours
\n
BSc degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or relevant field is a plus
\n
