Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for supplier crisis management.
- Coordinate with internal teams and supplier stakeholders to stabilize operations.
- Implement corrective actions and ensure continuity of supply chain processes.
- Lead change and transition initiatives to restore normal operations.
- Monitor and report on progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management.
- Drive industrialization efforts to prevent future disruptions.
Deliverables
- Crisis Management Plan tailored to supplier operations.
- Weekly status reports on recovery progress and risk assessment.
- Action plan for process stabilization and long-term improvements.
- Documentation of lessons learned and preventive measures for future incidents.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Line of Business (LOB) processes.
- Expertise in change and transition management.
- Ability to lead industrialization processes.
