Has 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or similar roles;
Has proven experience and a strong understanding of the energy market in Spain, including key players, trends, and regulatory frameworks (knowledge of the Portuguese energy market is a plus);
Understands diverse customer and stakeholder personas and can empathize with various perspectives;
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective outreach and interactions;
Is fluent in English andSpanish (a hard requirement);

Is quick to learn, enjoys engaging with people, and is comfortable interacting with unfamiliar individuals.Being a team player and comfortable in a dynamic startup environment is essential.Your Role
As a Sales Manager at Exnaton, you will join our 30-person team and help shape the company's vision from the ground up. You will play a key role in bringing our product to market, focusing on scaling and expanding into new markets. Your responsibilities include:
Lead generation and market research to identify new clients in Spain;
Customer acquisition through active outreach and product introduction;
Creating sales materials, presentations, and customized proposals;
Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams;
Gathering customer feedback for product improvement;
Supporting business development with industry partners (e.G., SAP, BPC, Theben);
