This is a strategic role at the heart of our creative process. You'll be the one who translates client briefings into meaningful, memorable concepts. You’ll analyse, question, imagine, and then articulate unique brand stories through winning decks and presentations. From RFPs to live pitch delivery, you’ll be the voice that gives shape to ideas, and the mind behind strategies that resonate.
We're looking for a storyteller, a deck builder, a brand analyst, and a confident presenter. Someone who brings insight, culture and logic together to spark unforgettable experiences.
What you'll do:
·Lead creative strategy from the first briefing to final client presentation.
·Understand and analyse client needs by translation client briefs into creative direction and relevant solutions.
·Transform insights into bold creative concepts and brand experiences with emotional and strategic depth.
·Craft powerful, well-structured story-driven decks that win pitches.
·Collaborate hand-in-hand with our internal heroes: 2D, 3D, copywriters, account and project managers.
·Confidently lead and deliver presentations, whether live or on video, bringing clarity, presence, and strategic insight to every pitch.
·Design guest journeys that speak to the audience and build cultural relevance into every brand story.
·From brand thinking to campaign creation, strategy meets storytelling.
·You are easily inspired; on top of trends, emerging formats, metropolitan cultures, novel architecture and technlogies. You are wired by the relevance of all and introduce it with ease into a pitch.
·Be part of live project cycles, from initial concept to final delivery, maintaining strategic alignment throughout.
Who you are
·Are fluent in English (spoken and written) and love crafting words that stick.
·Have a background in creative strategy, marketing, copywriting or branding (agency or in-house).
·Thrive in presentations, live meetings, and client pitches, you’re both a speaker and a listener.
·Understand digital culture, fashion, sports, art, and love moving across industries.
·Are cosmopolitan, curious and inspired by collaboration across cultures.
·Have 5+ years of experience.
·Skilled at analysing brands and uncovering insights beyond the brief, connecting strategic intent with creative direction.
·Can spot trends and transform data into meaningful direction.
·Are experienced with tools like Miro, Canva, and you make decks that tell a story.
·Familiarity with AVL technologies in event strategy is a plus — and something you’re excited to learn if not already mastered.
·You have worked on RFPs, campaigns or experiential branding projects.
·Know the power of teamwork, and believe creativity works best in strong creative units.
·You’re a natural storyteller who´s able to build a narrative and present it with clarity, empathy, and confidence.
