Your role
As a Product Manager for Managed Security, you are responsible for supporting sales in each country regarding Atea’s security services. Your role is key in the continued transformation of Atea’s security offering and in strengthening Atea’s position as a trusted Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP). You will work closely with both the sales and operations organizations to ensure we package, position, and deliver the right security services through our dedicated sales teams. As a Product Manager, you are a sales enabler—helping sales succeed through clear service definitions, training, and compelling marketing and enablement material.
Security within AMS
The Atea Managed Security offering within Atea Managed Services (AMS) is dedicated to protecting our customers’ IT environments through continuous monitoring, detection, and response. Our portfolio includes Security Operations Center, MDR/MXDR, Managed Endpoint Security, and Managed Certificate Services, all designed to reduce risk, ensure resilience, and support regulatory and operational requirements. As cybersecurity becomes ever more central to business continuity, trust, and regulatory compliance, security services are undergoing rapid transformation—driven by cloud adoption, identity‑centric attacks, automation, threat intelligence, and artificial intelligence. These changes create new opportunities, but also higher demands on speed, accuracy, and operational maturity. Within AMS, we ensure the security foundation is stable and robust so our customers can focus on innovation, growth, and upskilling their organizations.
This Is What We Are Looking For In You
- Commercial experience within managed security services, cybersecurity, or related IT services
- Strong customer‑centric mindset and a solid sales orientation
- Ability to transform complex security components (detection, response, SLAs, automation, reporting, compliance) into clear customer value
- Experience training and enabling sales teams and specialists across the Nordics
- Excellent influencing skills, preferably in a cross-country or matrix organization
- Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven approach
- Curious, self‑motivated, and hands‑on personality
- Project management skillsTrue team‑player mindset
- Experience with security frameworks, tooling, or concepts (e.g. SOC operations, SIEM/XDR, endpoint protection, incident response, or security governance) is highly valued
