Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to support our Asset Management team in driving growth in the Spanish resident market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sales execution and strategy to achieve business objectives.
Sales Execution
You will guide new leads through the sales process from initial video calls to finalizing bookings, communicating with potential clients via email, phone, and video calls, and keeping our acquisition funnel updated in HubSpot.
Strategy and Management
You will track and report key sales KPIs, manage and coordinate a Sales Manager and junior part-time SDR, control and optimize sales processes and tools, set up sales processes and tools for new buildings, and monitor commercial process quality.
Requirements
* 4+ years experience in a sales relevant role, ideally with B2C and B2B experience
* Full fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish languages
* Strong analytical skills, data-driven approach, and reporting abilities
* Great presentation and communication skills in English and Spanish
