As we continue to grow across international markets, we are seeking an experienced and driven Business Manager to lead our commercial activities across Iberia. If you are a strategically minded commercial leader with in-depth market expertise and a proven track record in B2B sales, this opportunity may represent the next significant step in your career.
What You’ll Do:
You will be fully responsible for driving and developing the Bio Business in the designated region, with end-to-end ownership across all strategic and operational aspects. Leading sales performance while ensuring strong alignment with other functions.
What We’re Looking For:
* 10+ years of sales experience in agriculture, preferably in biologicals
* In-depth knowledge of the Iberia biologicals market and strong sales network
* Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English (Portuguese or Italian is a plus)
* Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales and other business targets
* Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and represent the company across the region
* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Location: Based in Spain with regional travel
