As a Danish Speaking Digital Advertising Sales Executive, you will support new and emerging businesses by guiding them through the onboarding and optimization of online advertising campaigns. You will act as a strategic partner to your clients, helping them increase visibility, performance, and long-term value through tailored advertising solutions, all within an international and fast-growing environment.
Your responsibilities
1. Manage and develop a portfolio of new advertisers, supporting them from onboarding through campaign optimization
2. Act as a trusted consultant by understanding client goals and translating them into effective advertising strategies
3. Develop, launch, and optimize performance-focused PPC campaigns with both short-term impact and long-term scalability
4. Drive revenue growth through upselling, increased spend, and proactive opportunity identification
5. Conduct outbound calls daily to engage potential clients and present advertising solutions
6. Provide strategic recommendations based on campaign performance, market trends, and client objectives
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within CRM systems
8. Handle a high volume of client interactions while ensuring a professional and personalized approach
9. Build strong, long-lasting relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
What you bring
10. C2 level of Danish and C1 level of English
11. EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Spain
12. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent professional experience
13. At least 20 months of experience in sales, digital marketing, or a client-facing commercial role
14. Confidence in managing client conversations, including complex objections and performance discussions
15. Experience working with CRM tools and managing customer data efficiently
16. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign results
17. Comfortable using AI-powered tools to improve productivity and outreach
18. Excellent communication and presentation skills
19. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Nordic market expertise
20. Strong understanding of Nordic business culture, customer expectations, and market dynamics
21. Ability to identify high-growth companies and long-term commercial opportunities
22. Experience managing multiple stakeholders, including agencies and skeptical decision-makers
23. Awareness of local regulations, especially data privacy and GDPR compliance
24. Confidence in discussing ROI, campaign integration, and advanced performance metrics
25. Cultural sensitivity and professionalism when engaging with Nordic clients
