In this role you will define and drive the global growth strategy for Travel Intelligence and Media, focusing on strategic segments across regions. You will align Sales, GTM, and Product teams to execute segment plans at global scale and lead a high-impact Sales organization. You’ll monitor market dynamics and performance to refine the strategy and maximize revenue potential. This is a global, cross-functional leadership position that shapes how we capture growth in key segments and geographies.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Define and own the global strategic growth framework for TI and Media, prioritizing Strategic Growth Segments
• Develop segment-specific global strategies including value propositions, target customers, and growth levers
• Translate segment strategies into clear commercial direction for Sales across regions
• Act as the global reference for Strategic Growth Segments, ensuring alignment across Sales, GTM, Product Strategy, and Customer Performance
• Monitor segment performance, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to refine strategy
• Own global sales planning and pipeline strategy for TI and Media across Strategic Growth Segments
• Define and track success metrics by segment, product, and region, spotting risks and opportunities
• Drive a data-led performance culture through reporting and actionable insights for leadership
• Lead and develop a global Sales team with accountability for performance and engagement
• Support complex global deals and executive-level customer engagements
• Influence and secure cross-functional support to accelerate execution across Strategic Growth Segments

Responsabilidades
• 15+ years' experience in complex business environments xpzdshu with sales and P&L responsibility
• Strong background in travel industry, ad-tech, publishing, and B2B distribution
• Deep understanding of DMO environments and executive-level stakeholder management
• Proven ability to operate in challenging, global, and matrixed environments
• Availability to travel
• Fluent in English
• University degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or equivalent experience
