Mission**:
The principal object of this position is to carry out tasks related to quality control of raw materials and making sure that measuring and testing equipment are set up and working correctly.
Functions:
- Raw Materials Quality Control: perform organoleptic (odour, aspect and visual colour), physical-chemical (density and instrumental colour) and chromatographic analysis.
- Execute instruments maintenance, calibration and verification.
- Prepare samples and dilution.
- Make results interpretation: Evaluate the test results against established standards and specifications in order to determine whether they meets the required criteria for release or if any adjustments are necessary.
- Record information in SAP system.
- Perform general lab maintenance.

Key Knowledge:
- Scientific (chemical, biology, engineering, food, etc) degree.
- Desirable knowledge in SAP and Gas Chromatography.
- Overall work experience of 3 to 5 years with 1 to 2 years in a similar position.
- Good level in English and high/native Spanish.
