Job Title: Business Intelligence Manager, Solution Management
Business Area: Production & Solutions
Position Reports to: Solution Development & BI Director
Location: Ebiquity office workspaces available. This role can be performed remotely from any European country where Ebiquity operates and where the applicant has the right to work, including UK, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, and Bulgaria.
Purpose of the Role

The Production & Solutions division is dedicated to building, optimizing, and running innovative and scalable solutions that provide valuable insights and analysis to our clients. As Business Intelligence Manager within the Solution Management team, you will be responsible for providing solution and technical expertise to drive the development and automation of BI and reporting operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* BI Development & Maintenance
* Develop and maintain BI solutions and analysis used across the business as a key platform for data analysis and insights delivery.
* Consult on requirements and manage timelines for custom BI development and standardized data solutions.
* Work within an Agile Scrum framework to deliver incremental developments to BI solutions and processes.
1. Team Management
* Lead, manage, and coach team members to work effectively, efficiently, and collaboratively.
* Act as leader and escalation point for operations and projects, providing direction on team involvement and capabilities.
* Manage team resources across projects and developments.
2. Process Management & Optimization
* Implement the strategic vision of Production & Solutions in collaboration with the Solution & BI lead.
* Collaborate with other leaders to support and improve operational processes and tools for efficiency.
* Lead innovation in team development, operational processes, tools, and ways of working.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Essential qualifications and skills include:
* At least 3 years of experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms.
* Experience with data management platforms and systems for data transformation, modeling, and analysis.
* Advanced SQL skills, including syntax, queries, and database management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working across global teams.
* Experience coaching and mentoring junior team members.
* Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies (advantageous).
* Expertise in data modeling, analysis, visualization, and core data management technologies.
* Ambitious and innovative mindset, always seeking process improvements.
* Organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities aligned with business objectives.
* Strong communication skills to ensure stakeholder alignment and understanding.
* Proactive problem-solving abilities to identify challenges and implement solutions.
