About the role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
* Assist customers via phone, email, or live chat with inquiries, orders, or issues
* Deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction
* Follow company procedures and maintain accurate records
* Work with internal systems and online tools
* Be part of a supportive, multicultural team
Requirements
What we're looking for:
* Fluency in Spanish and a good level of English
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Basic computer skills
* A customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
* Previous experience in customer support or related fields is a plus – but not required
