To demonstrate and maintain the highest level of service that consistently exceeds the expectations of our guests. Support daily operations of the kitchen including the stocks control of food and beverage items. /ppbr/ppstrongemJOB RESPONSIBILITIES /em /strong /pulliImplement the instructions given by the supervisor. /liliAssist food planning, preparation and production. /liliAdhere to professional standards of food presentation, production and portion control according to Company’s standards and requirements. /liliEnsure food quality, portion size, good hands in bulk production and buffet presentation to meet standards. /liliSupport the daily operations of the kitchen. /liliAssist in stock control of food and beverage items. /liliMaintain high standard of food quality, hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen. /liliTo put into effect team’s cooperation and work towards development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system. /liliTake initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate in continual improvement activities. /liliUndertake other jobs assigned by superiors from time to time. /li /ulpstrongJOB REQUIREMENTS /strong /pulli2nd Commis: Minimum 1 years of relevant experience, preferably in hotel catering industry /lili1st Commis: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in hotel catering industry /liliBe polite, creative, good communication skills, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility /liliAble to work independently and under pressure /liliHave the relevant vocational training council certificate with be given priority /liliHaving the health supervisor or manager of health treatment certificate is preferred /liliAble to communicate well in Spanish.
