What are we looking for?
* An / a Senior Business Consultant, with at least 8 years of experience.
* Availability to join a stable project in Madrid.

Requirements:
Education: University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or similar.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in organizational departments, with demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and control activities of various functional areas within the organization, ensuring efficient operation aligned with strategic objectives.
Certifications: Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or similar: A recognized certification demonstrating advanced knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization.
Skills:
* Project Management and Leadership: Ability to manage and lead the development of process implementation projects, ensuring their correct execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
* Continuous Analysis and Improvement: Skill in analyzing and pursuing continuous improvement of processes under your responsibility, identifying optimization opportunities and applying effective solutions.
* Interdepartmental Communication: Experience in acting as a liaison with departments involved in each process's activities, facilitating interdepartmental communication and collaboration.
* Promotion of Organizational Change: Ability to disseminate and promote the change of model within the organization, driving the adoption of new practices and methodologies that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
What will your responsibilities be?
We are looking for a highly qualified Senior Business Consultant with a solid academic background and extensive experience in managing and optimizing organizational processes. The candidate should hold a university degree and certifications in continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean. Additionally, a minimum of eight years of experience in similar roles is valued, demonstrating exceptional skills in project planning, coordination, and leadership.
Responsibilities:
* IT Project Management: Experience in the implementation and improvement of processes in technological environments, demonstrating skills to lead projects that optimize infrastructure and information systems.
* Business Process Modeling: Mastery of BPMN methodologies for the analysis and design of business processes, facilitating the identification of improvement opportunities and the implementation of effective solutions.
* Definition of Indicators and Cost Optimization: Experience in creating performance indicators, as well as in cost optimization and continuous improvement, ensuring operational efficiency and resource maximization.
