What Youll Be Doing
* Support Spanish-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy
* Troubleshoot product and service issues (full training provided)
* Keep accurate records and help improve the customer experience
* Collaborate with a friendly, multicultural team
What You Bring
* Spanish (C2) and at least B2-level English
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* A positive, curious attitude and willingness to learn
* No prior experience required we will train you
* Must be living in Greece or willing to relocate (remote work only within Greece)
