Senior Security Analyst (L1)

Key Responsibilities
* Triage and analyze security incidents, violations, and suspicious activities in a fast-paced environment.
* Collaborate with other operational personnel and raise concerns as needed.
* Analyze complex cases, adhering to playbooks where possible, but also thinking critically to address variations and exceptions.
* Maintain strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
Requirements
* University Degree in Cyber Security / Bachelor's in Science or Engineering with training in cybersecurity.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Proficiency in triaging and analytical thinking.
Main Tools and Technologies
* Palo Alto XSOAR: Our primary platform for handling alerts and managing security incidents.
* Palo Alto XDR: Utilized for performing search queries to determine if user devices are compromised or false positives.
* ProofPoint: A key tool for analyzing incidents, particularly those originating from ProofPoint.
* Microsoft Stack: Leverages critical information to determine incident validity (e.g., user connection status).
* ServiceNow (SNOW): Used to handle user requests and close incidents as false positives without further investigation.
