The Opportunity
As our Broker Relationship Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—leading transformation, shaping strategy, and building lasting relationships with brokers and key stakeholders. You’ll drive performance, and ensure our operational goals align with business success.
Your new role
* Designing and executing annual operational strategies and budgets
* Leading cross-functional teams and managing third-party relationships
* Representing operations in high-level committees and decision-making forums
* Driving continuous improvement and innovation across systems and processes
* Ensuring compliance, governance, and audit readiness
* Championing a service-oriented culture and inspiring high-performing teams
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you have :
* A strong track record in operational leadership within the insurance or financial services industry
* Experience managing strategic partnerships / brokers and leading organizational change
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
* A passion for developing talent and fostering a culture of excellence
Preferred Experience & Knowledge
* Middle / Senior-level experience in operations, underwriting, or finance
* Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and insurance market dynamics
* Proven success in managing large teams and complex projects
* Familiarity with business systems, financial controls, and risk management
* Fluency in English and proficiency in tools like Excel, Word, and underwriting platforms
