The ideal candidate is visually driven and comfortable producing high-quality content in a creative and fast-paced environment, working closely with the communications team.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and produce visual content for the Norman Foster Foundation's social media platformsShoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for digital and social channelsProduce professional photographic content to support social media and digital communicationsDevelop short-form video content tailored to social media formatsCollaborate with the communications and marketing team on content planning and executionManage post-production workflows, including editing, color correction, and formattingEnsure visual consistency and strong storytelling across all contentRequirementsProven experience in content creationStrong skills in videography, including shooting and editingSolid experience in photography for digital and social media useExcellent understanding of social media platforms, formats, and trendsHigh proficiency in video and photo editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, Lightroom, etc.)Ability to work in-house and collaborate closely with a creative teamStrong visual sensitivity, attention to detail, and storytelling abilityFluency in EnglishAvailability to start immediatelyWhat We OfferFull-time, in-house position based in MadridCreative and international working environmentOpportunity to contribute to the Foundation's digital presence
