We are an Italian pharmaceutical group with an international presence, dedicated to the research, development, and commercialization of medicines. /ppbr/ppWe are strongly committed to innovation, sustainability, and social responsibility, always striving to minimize our environmental impact and make a positive contribution to the communities in which we operate. /ppbr/ppbRole Purpose /b /ppAs part of the Quality Assurance team, the bSerialization Systems Specialist /b supports the operational continuity and daily execution of serialization-related activities at both manufacturing site level and international level, collaborating with group affiliates and external partners. /ppbr/ppThe position combines activities related to quality systems, manufacturing support, industrial equipment, and serialization processes within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. /ppbr/ppThe role is primarily focused on supporting and maintaining site serialization systems (L2/L3) used on packaging lines, ensuring smooth operation of production activities and troubleshooting technical issues in collaboration with Production, QA, Engineering, IT, and external suppliers. /ppbr/ppThe successful candidate will also progressively develop knowledge of global serialization processes and Level 4 systems (TraceLink) in order to provide backup support when required. /ppbr/ppWe are looking for a hands-on professional with previous exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality systems, industrial equipment, packaging lines, or regulated environments. Previous experience, specifically in serialization is considered an advantage, but not mandatory. /ppbr/ppThis role is ideal for someone proactive, technically minded, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic manufacturing environment. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbSite Serialization Support – Levels 2 3 (SeaVision) /b /pulliSupport the proper operation of serialization systems installed on manufacturing and packaging lines. /liliProvide day-to-day technical and operational support in pharmaceutical production environments. /liliParticipate in maintenance and troubleshooting activities related to serialization equipment, including vision systems, line devices and others. /liliSupport software configuration, maintenance activities, and validation documentation related to serialization systems. /liliParticipate in investigations related to deviations, complaints, or incidents involving serialization systems. /liliSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to packaging and traceability processes. /li /ulpbr/ppbGlobal Serialization Management – Level 4 (TraceLink) /b /pulliSupport daily activities associated with the TraceLink platform and integral serialization operations. /liliCollaborate on onboarding activities, master data management (PMD), and issue follow-up. /liliCross-functional coordination with affiliates, customers, and suppliers. /liliLearn and progressively develop expertise in Level 4 serialization processes in order to provide backup support when required. /liliSupport AMS alert monitoring and incident escalation activities. /li /ul pbQualifications Skills /b /ppbEducation Experience /b /pulliTechnical education or bachelor in Life Sciences, Engineering, IT, Industrial Systems, or related fields are valued, but not mandatory. /liliFamiliarity with pharmaceutical quality systems, GMP environments, or deviation management is highly valued. /liliExperience in Quality Assurance, production support, packaging systems, manufacturing systems, or regulated environments is considered an advantage. /liliPrevious exposure to serialization, traceability systems, vision systems, or industrial equipment is desirable. /liliBasic understanding of industrial software/hardware environments is desirable. /liliFluent English (written and spoken). /li /ulpbr/ppbOther Skills /b /pulliStrong willingness to learn and develop within serialization systems. /liliAbility to react quickly and effectively in production environments. /liliProactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented. /liliAbility to work effectively in a dynamic and international environment. /liliStrong sense of ownership and accountability. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat We Offer /b /pulliOpportunity to work within a global pharmaceutical environment. /liliExposure to international serialization and regulatory processes. /liliCareer development within quality assurance, traceability, and compliance. /liliA dynamic, collaborative, and purpose-driven work environment. /liliProgressive development into global serialization activities and systems. /liliOne-year temporary contract. /li /ul
