In this role, you will act as the **first point of contact for employees and managers** on HR and payroll-related matters and ensure that personnel and benefit management is carried out **accurately, efficiently, and fully compliant** with company policies and local legislation.Reporting to the **Regional HR Manager**, you will support the spanish Station and play a key role in delivering high-quality HR operational services that contribute to a smooth employee experience and **accurate salary payments**.
**Make a difference joining our team**Ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date personnel administration in compliance with local labor legislation and internal policies.
* Coordinate and administer core HR processes, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
* Provide first-line support and basic advice to managers and employees regarding HR policies, processes, systems, and tools.
* Provide administrative and coordinative support to HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise.
* Ensure accurate, timely, and complete payroll input, aligned with local legislation, internal policies, and payroll cycles.
* Coordinate payroll changes and exceptions, working closely with internal stakeholders and external payroll service providers.
* Validate and review payroll outputs, identifying and resolving discrepancies prior to salary payment.
* Act as the first point of contact for payroll-related queries from employees, managers, and HR Business Partners.
* Ensure correct follow-up of payroll corrections, retroactive changes, and special cases, coordinating with Finance when required.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of payroll processes, data quality, controls, and efficiency.
* Coordinate and administrate local learning and education processes, including training scheduling, participant administration, and internships.
* Contribute to improving and optimizing HR administrative processes; identify bottlenecks and initiate improvements.
* Prepare, maintain, and update process and work instructions.
* Act as a **Key User** in HR systems and projects, contributing to requirement definition, testing, implementation, and end-user training of HR software.
**What you bring as a** future **colleague*** Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in HR.
* 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR operations, personnel administration, and/or payroll.
* Solid knowledge of labor law and employment legislation* Basic knowledge of payroll, pensions, insurance, and benefits administration.
* Experience working with integrated HRIS and payroll systems.
* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
* Analytical, problem-solving, and customer-oriented mindset.
* Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international HR team.
* Advance level of English and Spanish both written and spoken.
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
