Your Challenge and Contribution
Collaborate with the conversion team in adapting, optimizing, and changing processes and production lines to manufacture our different products, formats, or recipes without losing efficiency, quality, or food safety.
Contribute to rigorous compliance with Quality and Food Safety, People Safety, and Environmental Protection standards.
Actively participate in focused continuous improvement teams, applying and learning methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Integrated Lean Six Sigma.

Who are we looking for?
Academic Background: University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Food, or similar).
Previous Experience (Not essential): We value if you can contribute with some previous experience in production plants, especially with a focus on continuous improvement. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification will be a plus.
Tools and Languages: Proficiency in MS‐Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and a high level of English (written and spoken) is essential.
Proactive Attitude: Quick learning ability, initiative, excellent teamwork skills, and an open mind to face new experiences.
Key Skills: Effective communication at all levels, motivation, listening skills, creativity, and strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities.
