What You’ll Be Working On
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job specifications.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for Early Careers, entry- and mid-level positions.
- Designing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Creating compelling job advertisements and managing online postings.
- Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, referrals, and local partnerships.
- Assessing candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conducting interviews and collaborating with HR and hiring managers to evaluate candidates.
- Managing the offer process, including preparation, negotiation, and extension.
- Building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners.
- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation in our ATS (Phenom and Workday).
- Continuously improving recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and satisfaction scores.
- Representing the company at recruitment events and identifying opportunities to enhance our employer brand visibility.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for entry- to mid-level roles.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, social media platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed, geographically diverse organization.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting in the healthcare industry.
- Working knowledge of Workday and other applicant tracking systems.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate relationship management tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
