As Talent Management Partner, you will drive the talent strategy across multiple teams in a fast-paced travel tech company. You’ll work with the People Team to optimize talent processes, leverage analytics, and implement AI-enabled solutions to boost performance and development. You will partner with COEs and HRBPs to roll out core programs and ensure data-driven decision making. This hybrid role offers a chance to shape talent practices at scale and contribute to a high-growth organization.

• Ensure timely, accurate HR system updates and data integrity for talent processes and reporting
• Develop guidelines and coordinate communications about Talent processes to foster alignment
• Coordinate rollout of the performance management cycle and objective setting
• Support design and coordination of talent reviews to identify high-potential employees and development opportunities
• Leverage AI-powered tools and people analytics to generate insights on performance, retention, and talent trends
• Ensure regular status reporting of core talent processes to stakeholders
• Support implementation of AI solutions in talent processes (e.g., skills mapping, career pathing, predictive analytics)
• Partner with COEs and HRBPs to rollout HR programs (e.g., Performance Reviews, Engagement surveys, Recognition)
• Provide consultative support to managers on implementing core Talent programs
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related fields
• 4+ years of progressive Business and HR experience in a high-speed, high-growth environment
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience leveraging AI and people analytics tools for xpzdshu data-informed talent decisions
• Project management and execution skills; organized, rigorous, proactive
• Critical thinker with problem-solving attitude
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Advanced knowledge of Google Suite
• Looker Studio knowledge is a plus
• Proficient English speaker
