This role involves working 50% with the Global Design Build team on product development and 50% on implementation in EUR factories. You will manage IT products related to asset maintenance, including plant maintenance data, SAP Plant maintenance, and predictive maintenance solutions. /p /br /brpKey responsibilities include developing go-to-market strategies, ensuring product adoption, and delivering value. You will also coach and develop your team to support Nestlé\'s initiatives for simplifying processes and standardizing practices across markets. /p /br /brh3What you’ll do /h3 /brul /brliDelight 3,000+ users (Maintenance Technicians, Maintenance planners and managers, technical store supervisors, finance controllers, senior management) across the globe to plan, execute, report, analyze and optimize Asset maintenance using state of the art IT applications. /li /brliJointly with Engineering team and related business units establish product implementation roadmaps for the products in scope clearly focusing on unlocking business value. /li /brliEnsure that AMM solutions are implemented by you and your Business Analyst in EUR in coordination with the Business units, as well as with GLOBE Technology Platforms /li /brliEnsure timely and quality IT support to the applications in zone EUR and drive continuous improvements /li /brliEnsure IT local and regional applications are compliant /li /brliDrive outcome-based innovation along with the engineering teams in factories to optimize the asset health and maintenance costs /li /brliUse the deep understanding of the business capabilities to segment IS / IT customers based on their needs and profile.
