We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the development, construction, and commissioning of electrical and utilities infrastructure for a new data centre in Madrid. This role will also support business development and strategy activities related to project development.
Lead energy & utilities projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with goals.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, stakeholders, and utilities for HV/MV infrastructure.
Supervise design and construction of substations and power lines, ensuring timely, budget-aligned delivery.
Manage resources, budgets, schedules, and quality control.
Negotiate contracts and bids with contractors, developers, and consultants.
Evaluate site due diligence and resolve factors impacting project handover.
Bachelor's in Electrical, Industrial, Energy Engineering, or related
~ Advanced knowledge of HV/MV electrical systems and Spanish electricity regulations; Experience in planning, design, permitting, and construction of HV/MV substations and underground power lines.
~ Data centre client experience would be a plus.
~ Fluent in Spanish and English
