**Reports To**:
Executive, STOL Port Operations
**Role Purpose**:
To assist in manage resources at station to ensure the station's achieve the Key Performance Indicator as determined by Head of Ground Operations such as OTP, Baggage Handling, Document violations, Ground Handling agents & etc.
**Key Accountability**:
- To schedule calibration of weighing scale and make necessary arrangement to get the weighing scale calibrated at least one (1) month before expiry.
- To manage indent stationery for all STOL Ports and monitor and update staff training requirements/records.
- To check all invoices to ensure supporting documents are available before raising Payment Voucher.
- To do closure, departing, and arrival of flight at STOL Ports and perform check-in of passenger of flight which was done manually ex MZV and STOL Ports.
- Any other assignment as maybe reasonably assigned by superior.
**Qualifications & Working Experience**:
- Degree in any related field with 0 - 2 years of working experience in all aspect of Airport Operations (Ground Operations).
- Diploma in any related field with 3 years related experience.
- SPM with 5 years related experience.
**Skills & Knowledge**:
- Strong management, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiar with the Company's policies and procedures as well as regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Ability to engage with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
**Key Challenges**:
- To ensure standard of customer service delivery by station and ground handling staff comply with standard set by MASwings.
- Managing vendors.
