We are looking for a Tech Lead, will be an embedded member of MRO AI product squads, working with product Managers, data scientists, engineers & BA maintenance stakeholders to turn complex MRO problems into AI products that deliver measurable operational and commercial outcomes for BA and can be reused across multiple OpCos.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
. Engage with BA MRO stakeholders to understand problems, processes, data flows and
opportunities for AI solutions.
. Frame business problems so they are solvable with data/AI and translate them into
prioritised epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
. Facilitate workshops and design sessions to align BA operational needs with the MRO AI
product vision and roadmap.
. Support roadmap development, backlog refinement and delivery planning, highlighting key
dependencies and risks.
. Ensure requirements and solution designs consider group-wide applicability and scalability
across all OpCos.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Required Skills & Experience
.Proven experience as a Tech Lead in complex, multi-stakeholder environments,
within agile, product-centric teams.
. Strong understanding of airline maintenance and engineering (MRO) or similar assetintensive,
safety-critical operations.
. Experience working on data-driven or AI/ML-enabled solutions
. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, and ability to produce clear documentation
and actionable insights.
. Proven ability to integrate quickly into new teams and deliver value from early stages.
. Initial co-location with BA teams in London is essential to ensure close collaboration.
Candidates must also be prepared to travel internationally during later stages to support
group-wide deployment.

. Strategic thinking and problem-solving at enterprise scale.
. Experience in complex product or transformation, or consulting engagements.
. Ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage ambiguity and harmonise approaches
across diverse business units.
. Track record of creating high-impact outcomes and building stakeholder confidence from
early stages.
