Job Description
Amplifon is seeking a Legal & Compliance Specialist to support the implementation and monitoring of the company's compliance framework across Spain. The role will contribute to strengthening the internal control environment, promoting an ethical culture, and ensuring that business operations comply with applicable laws, internal policies, and global compliance standards.
The position supports operational compliance activities, risk assessments, internal investigations, and policy implementation across local functions and the retail network.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Amplifon's Corporate Compliance Program in Spain.
- Ensure the effective deployment of global & local compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines at the local level.
- Monitor compliance with the Code of Ethics and corporate policies (i.e. anticorruption policy) across business functions and retail operations.
- Assist in performing compliance and legal risk assessments across business processes.
- Identify potential regulatory or operational risks and support the definition of mitigation measures and action plans.
- Contribute to the monitoring of internal controls and follow-up of remediation actions.
- Support the management and investigation of reports received through the whistleblowing channel.
- Conduct preliminary fact-finding activities and coordinate with relevant functions (HR, Legal, Medica, Internal Audit, Sales, IT, Marketing, Supply, etc.).
- Ensure investigations are handled in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Training & compliance culture
- Deliver and coordinate compliance training programs for employees and managers.
- Support initiatives aimed at strengthening the ethical culture and awareness of compliance risks within the organization.
- Prepare internal communications, guidelines, and awareness materials.
Legal & regulatory support
- Provide legal support in areas such as:
- Corporate compliance
- Data protection and privacy (GDPR)
- Competition and anti-corruption rules
- Monitor regulatory developments and support the implementation of relevant legal requirements.
Internal audit support
- Collaborate with Internal Audit in the execution of audit engagements and compliance reviews.
- Assist in documenting findings, preparing reports, and tracking remediation actions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Law or Business administration degree required (both are a plus)
- Postgraduate qualification in Compliance, Corporate Governance, or Business Law preferred.
Experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in:
- corporate compliance
- legal advisory in a corporate environment
- law firm specialized in compliance or regulatory matters
Experience in retail, healthcare, or consumer services environments is a plus.
