POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Develop and maintain a client portfolio by prospecting the market and identifying opportunities for transport services.
* Develop relationships with clients through regular contact.
* Call potential clients daily to present the company's services.
* Maintain customer relationships via phone and email; conduct satisfaction checks and follow-ups.
* Prepare and send offers to potential clients.
* Communicate with the operational department.
* Prepare sales reports and update CRM.
* Collect invoiced amounts from clients in the portfolio.
