We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Senior HR Manager to lead our people agenda in the EMEA/US region, supporting our rapid growth in the data centre sector. This role is ideal for a strategic HR business partner who also thrives in managing end-to-end HR operations. You will work closely with business leaders, project teams, and HR Centres of Excellence (COEs) at HQ to deliver scalable people solutions that enable organisational performance, employee engagement, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and has experience scaling HR processes in startup or high-growth companies.
Job Responsibilities:
* Serve as a trusted advisor to business and functional leaders, providing HR guidance aligned with business objectives.
* Drive workforce planning, performance management, organisation development, and talent planning initiatives.
* Support leadership in navigating change, team effectiveness, and cultural alignment during rapid expansion.
* Oversee end-to-end HR operations, payroll and benefits administration, ensuring ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Ensure compliance with all local labor laws, employment standards, data privacy regulations and internal HR policies.
* Manage HR systems, employee records, and reporting metrics (e.g. headcount, turnover, leave tracking).
* Design and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a high-performance, values-driven culture, ensuring a productive, safe, and engaging work environment across all sites.
* Lead general office administration including vendor management, facilities, travel coordination, and workplace safety.
* Plan and execute initiatives including onboarding, recognition programs, internal communications, and employee feedback cycles.
* Act as a point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and resolution support when needed.
* Partner with HR COEs in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Total Rewards to localise and implement global programs.
* Provide country-level insights and feedback to refine corporate HR policies and toolkits.
* Ensure successful rollout of HR systems, digital tools, and performance cycles in alignment with global standards.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to align on HR-related activities and policies.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in related field, Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
* 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role. Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment is advantageous.
* Proven ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced, and matrixed environment.
* In-depth knowledge of employment law, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
* Meticulous, hands-on, highly organized, self-starter with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with leadership and engage with all levels of the organization.
* Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft applications.
