About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Customer-Facing Product Operations Manager to drive the performance and user experience of key customer-facing products, including search functionality, product detail pages (PDP), and customer service tools. You will play a central role in optimizing our digital platform by translating user insights into actionable improvements, ensuring seamless product launches, and supporting strategic decision‑making through analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize customer-facing product features based on the product team’s strategy, with a focus on search, PDP, and customer journey tools.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, analyze behavioral data, and implement UX improvements that boost engagement and conversion.
- Lead end-to-end product launch plans — from planning to execution — ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Serve as a bridge between users and the product team: collect feedback, uncover pain points, and translate insights into prioritized enhancements.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs, conduct A/B tests, and deliver data-backed recommendations to improve key metrics.
- Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; focus on digital products or e-commerce is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product operations, ideally within a tech-driven or e-commerce environment.
- Strong analytical mindset — proficiency in SQL is required. Ability to extract, interpret, and visualize data to guide strategy.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin/Chinese language skills are a valuable plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Location & Work Arrangement
Please note this role requires working 100% from the office. Our office is located at the Metro Station Avenida de América (Madrid).
