Position: R&D Software Engineer
Eviden is seeking a talented R&D Software Engineer to join our dynamic R&D MLOps Team and help shape the future of information and AI technologies.
Responsibilities:
* Build AI Solutions: Design, develop, test, and document software for AI and MLOps components that improve the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of AI products, including Generative AI models.
* Streamline Model Deployment: Prepare and containerize AI applications for deployment using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring optimal performance in production environments.
* Implement MLOps Pipelines: Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitHub Actions, automating processes from training to deployment.
* Optimize MLOps Workflows: Develop and maintain workflows for model versioning, monitoring, lifecycle management, and troubleshooting.
* Document & Share: Write technical reports on methodologies, challenges, and outcomes, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
* BS, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
* 3+ years of experience with Python in AI/ML contexts.
* 3+ years deploying containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes, including AI/ML models.
* 2+ years of hands-on experience with MLOps tools like Kubeflow, MLflow, or similar platforms.
* Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
* Advanced proficiency with Linux environments.
* English proficiency (B2 or higher).
Preferred Skills:
* Familiarity with Machine Learning frameworks and Generative AI deployment using vLLM.
* Experience with data analytics and large-scale AI systems.
* Participation in European research projects.
* Excellent writing and presentation skills.
* Strong soft skills: communicative, enthusiastic, collaborative, proactive, self-driven.
* Quick learner of new technologies.
