Eviden is seeking an R&D Software Engineer to join our dynamic R&D MLOps Team and contribute to shaping the future of information and AI technologies.
Responsibilities:
* Build AI Solutions: Design, develop, test, and document software for AI and MLOps components that improve scalability, reliability, and efficiency of AI products, including Generative AI models.
* Streamline Model Deployment: Prepare and containerize AI applications for seamless deployment using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring optimal performance in production environments.
* Implement MLOps Pipelines: Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, automating processes from training to deployment.
* Optimize MLOps Workflows: Develop and maintain workflows for model versioning, monitoring, lifecycle management, and troubleshooting.
* Document & Share: Write technical reports and contribute to team knowledge sharing about methodologies, challenges, and outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
Education: BS, Master's, or PhD in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Skills:
* 3+ years of experience with Python in AI/ML contexts.
* 3+ years of deploying containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes, including AI/ML models.
* 2+ years of hands-on experience with MLOps tools such as Kubeflow, MLflow, or similar.
* Experience with version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab) and software configuration management best practices.
* Proficiency working in Linux environments.
* English proficiency (B2 or higher).
Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have):
* Familiarity with Machine Learning frameworks and experience deploying Generative AI models using vLLM.
* Experience in data analytics and large-scale AI systems.
* Involvement in European research projects.
