**1) Role Description**
As an Intern in the EMEA OPS team within the Service Supply Chain (SSC), you will support the control and management of repair line operations across EMEA. Your role will involve monitoring key operational metrics, analyzing performance data, and identifying areas for improvement in repair processes. You will contribute to ensuring smooth execution of repair operations, assisting the team in achieving efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards.
**2) Requirements**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with plans to graduate within the next year.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Basic understanding of supply chain or repair operations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
**3) Nice to Have**
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP.
- Familiarity with lean processes or operational improvement methodologies.
- Experience working on projects related to operations or process control.
- Interest in gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, logistics-oriented environment.
