Experteer Overview As Technical Services Business Partner, you will deliver technical support and training to packaging coatings customers, ensuring optimal product performance and satisfaction. You’ll blend technical expertise with commercial sense to protect and grow key accounts, resolve complex issues, and implement new products. You’ll work with Sales and Marketing to shape customer strategies and support test markets. This role offers impact through technical leadership and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Provide technical support and training on products, equipment, and documentation at customer sites - Investigate product-related issues (on-site and in-lab) and coordinate corrective actions with RS Lab/Quality Control - Manage complex customer complaints and prevent recurring problems - Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to address customer needs and develop strategies - Participate as a technical peer in the sales process, including with prospects - Support testing, implementation, and qualification of new products and technologies;

monitor market trends and competitive activities - Ensure compliance with corporate policies, site procedures, and HSE standards - Advise management on technical training needs;
maintain equipment safely - Deliver on-site technical support and joint sales activities with Sales Representatives - Assist in product testing and technology implementation at customer sites - Support product development and test marketing with prototype guidance - Maintain accurate CRM/databases with visit reports and regulatory requests - Provide progress reports and recommendations for market improvements - Monitor competitor activities at customer sitesResponsabilidades - 3–10 years’ experience in paints & coatings or similar B2B/FCG/Coil environment - Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field;
Master’s or business qualification preferred - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze technical issues independently - Effective stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills - Ability to create value propositions and translate technical topics into customer solutions - Commercial and business acumen with understanding of sales and cost-to-serve - Fluency in English and Spanish - Experience delivering technical training and product demonstrations (desirable) - Located in Vilafranca del Penedès or nearby;
