The Opportunity
This role offers a chance to join the Civil & Geotechnics team in Madrid as a Draughtsman. You will develop solutions addressing challenges like reducing carbon emissions from civil projects and creating accessible urban environments.
As a Draughtsman at Arup, you will:
* Design layouts and earthworks for urbanizations and linear projects in 3D BIM environments.
* Design and calculate urban development and layout projects.
* Coordinate with teams in other Arup offices outside Spain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Studies in FP Delineación Obra Civil / Degree in Topography / Similar or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 3 years of general experience.
* At least 2 years of experience in road layout design and earthworks.
* Knowledge of BIM and 3D civil works design software (e.g., Civil 3D, OpenRoads).
* Advanced GIS management skills.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
