About the Role
The Account management Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the EU Sales Team by handling essential administrative and organizational tasks. The intern will assist in maintaining and updating retailer platforms, follow-up on purchase orders, and help organize key assets. This position provides hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment, contributing to the overall efficiency of sales and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support for EU Sales Team:
Complete and manage templates and forms for new product setups.
Assist in preparing and updating documentation for the sales team and clients.
Retailer Platform Management:
Update product listings, descriptions, and images on the retailer platform.
Ensure product information is accurate and up-to-date.
Purchase Order (PO) Process Assistance:
Review prices and quantities for accuracy.
Coordinate with the logistics team to track and ensure timely delivery.
Assist in invoicing and processing payments.
Asset Management for Retailers:
Collect, resize, rename, and organize digital assets as needed for retailer requests.
Maintain an organized library of assets for efficient access.
Retail Website Quality Checks:
Conduct weekly audits of retailer websites to monitor:
Out-of-stock (OOS) items
Price accuracy
Current promotions
Product images
Logistics Assistance:
Support the EU Sales Team with parcel preparation and dispatch.
Requirements and skills
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a business or related degree.
Fluent, professional English and French (additional language is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with retail and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
Attention to detail and organisation.
Interest in the beauty industry.
