Our client is a multinational software company with offices in Germany, France, Japan and Spain (Valencia, Barcelona and Madrid). They develop technological products specialized in the financial and insurance sectors.
We are looking for 3 Business Analysts to join the Consulting team in the Valencia/Barcelona office.
What will be your responsibilities?
* Be part of the consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, mainly insurance companies.
* Perform business analysis, define functional requirements, test developed solutions, and support UAT.
* Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis.
* Be an active member of an agile team and take responsibility for your topics.
* Challenge yourself in different roles by performing diverse tasks in an international environment.
What do we expect from you?
* At least 2 years of experience in IT projects for the financial sector insurance.
* A bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business, economics, computer science, or related fields.
* Very high/bilingual level of English and Spanish (C1–C2).
* Understanding of agile ways of working.
* Proven ability to apply intuitive and analytical reasoning to tackle complex problems.
* Ability to work in Spain and the European Union full-time.
* Willing to travel to the client’s site (Madrid) for up to 50% of working time (All transportation, accommodation, and meal expenses are covered by the company)
