The Digital Products, Platforms & Services team is a newly formed team within the Growth, Digital & Platforms (GDP) global function. It is responsible for designing, developing, and rolling out state-of-the-art digital products across brands, regions, and divisions worldwide to help our brands accelerate organic growth.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical initiatives, providing guidance and mentorship to engineers, and guiding the product engineering of our Consumer Care digital product. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, architect scalable solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives and best practices. You will work with data engineers, architects, and other leads to develop reliable, secure, and scalable consumer care digital products, leveraging consumer data from our digital ecosystem including CRM, Marketing Data Hub, CDP, and more. Your role will also involve partnering with product owners and data leads to facilitate cross-brand and cross-division data analysis for timely product development and rollout across global brands and regions. Specifically, you will drive data engineering architecture, insights, and data-driven decision-making across our integrated platforms including Consent Management, Identity and Single Sign-On, CDP, CRM, DAM, and CMS, ensuring requirements are well-understood and aligned with business needs.
MUST HAVE
* Strong domain expertise with large-scale Customer Care software such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Genesys, Zendesk, etc.
* Strong technical expertise in software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
* Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms and services, ideally on Azure Cloud.
* Strong understanding of database technologies (relational, NoSQL, data warehouses).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive organizational change.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
* Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and leveraging data to drive business growth.
* Relevant certifications in data architecture and management are a plus.
