About the Role
Restaurant & Production (Barcelona) * Oversee all kitchen operations across the restaurant, catering, and production * Manage team schedules, workflows, and quality standards * Maintain recipe costings, sheets, and seasonal menus * Supervise inventory, procurement, and supplier coordination * Lead prep and production of True Roots retail products * Support events and team operations as needed
Menu & Recipe Development * Create and document seasonal and client-based menus * Write recipes, costings, and prep guides * Lead tastings, feedback loops, and versioning * Keep R&D files organized and up to date
Kitchen Systems & Process Design * Audit workflows, layout, and equipment needs * Develop SOPs to support scalable operations * Monitor food cost, waste, deliveries, and stock * Align kitchen systems with daily and long-term needs
Consulting & Events * Set up kitchens, train teams, and support soft openings * Provide docs:
testing plans, production flows, supplier lists * Lead or assist with off-site pop-ups and private dining * Coordinate logistics and support post-event improvements
