What You Will DoThe role focuses on managing projects and delivering data products from both analytical and software perspectives. Responsibilities include designing data architecture, developing and integrating data products, creating models and analyses, conducting primary and secondary research, and presenting technical insights to clients.
Manage one or more projects at a time
Design and implement data products, including software and data architecture
Develop hypotheses, manage data collection, model creation, and analyses
Conduct primary and secondary research and surfacing insights
Present client findings and interact for decision‐making related to technical aspects
Use internal partners and network to provide technical guidance
Lead a team of analysts to high‐standard deliverables

Who Can ApplyAssociate Team Leader – At least 3 years of working experience.
Team Leader – At least 5 years of working experience.
Qualifications
Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (desirable). Preferably Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science or Engineering.
Strong analysis, documentation and communication skills.
Experience with advanced analytics: Python (mandatory), MATLAB, R (desirable);
data manipulation toolssuch as SAS and SQL.
Experience developing and productizing data products at scale, including development lifecycle, maintenance and agile methodologies.
Team collaboration skills.
Independent work under limited supervision with respect for defined timelines.
Effective presentation of results, highlighting potential issues and implications.
Excellent command of Spanish and English (verbal and written).
Capacity to manage demanding workload and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
Maintain confidentiality.
Willingness to travel regularly.
