Job Description: Graduate Program - Global Consumer & Shopper Insights Graduate
Location: Barcelona
Contract: 1 year - Graduate Program
With the continuous growth in new categories, brands, and markets, the Beauty & Fashion Global Consumer & Shopper Insights team is looking for a Consumer Insights Graduate to join the team. This role reports to the Global Consumer & Shopper Insights Manager and will support the development of various consumer studies, interacting with research agencies as well as the Brands, Markets, and cross-functional teams.
What you'll get to do
Your work will primarily involve using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methodologies, enriching analysis with external articles and reports, and leveraging digital data sources and first-party data. You will be an active member of the Consumer Insights community, advocating for the consumer voice and ensuring its integration across teams such as Brands & Markets, Media, CRM, Retail, and Digital.
Some of your functions will include:
* Assist in designing, executing, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research projects.
* Support the development of consumer surveys, discussion guides, and data dashboards.
* Analyze consumer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
* Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in consumer research.
* Share best practices to maximize the use of available studies.
We'd love to meet you if you have
• Education: Degree in Market Research, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Business, or a related field obtained within the past three years.
• Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role (Intern/Apprentice).
• Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English.
We are seeking a curious and passionate individual who enjoys using data and human psychology to decode consumer behavior and translate insights into actionable recommendations, supporting strategic decision-making to drive business growth.
Your mission will be to deliver data-driven market and consumer insights, empowering teams to make informed, consumer-centric decisions aligned with Puig's brand portfolio (Lifestyle, Prestige, and Niche Brands) worldwide.
The ideal candidate will possess analytical and synthesis skills, organizational and planning abilities, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the talent to present key insights visually.
