We are looking for a results-driven Contact Center Supervisor to manage and develop a team of sales agents in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment. This role combines leadership, coaching, and data-driven decision-making to drive conversion rates and team success. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Conduct call monitoring and co-listening sessions, stepping into calls when necessary to support negotiations and outcomes
* Lead, manage, and develop a team of tele-sales agents, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement
* Hold regular one-to-one meetings with team members to review performance and development
* Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance monitoring to increase productivity and conversion rates
* Track, analyze, and report KPIs, sales results, and overall team performance to management
* Identify opportunities and propose improvements to sales processes to increase conversion rates
* Support the team in following up on offers and assist with client negotiations when needed.
* Collaborate with internal departments to improve products, commercial strategies, and marketing initiatives
* Lead daily team meetings to review targets, performance, and priorities.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing telephone sales teams with a strong focus on targets and results
* Professional working proficiency Spanish (C1) if you have English at B2 level or above this would be a huge advantage
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams while monitoring KPIs and implementing performance improvement plans
* Experience interacting and negotiating with clients in a sales-driven environment
* Strong coaching and feedback skills with the ability to maximize team conversion rates
* Results-oriented mindset with strong customer and people management skills
* Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
* Availability to work Friday through Monday.
