We are seeking a Chief Marketing & Sales Officer to oversee and manage all aspects of our marketing and sales strategies.
Responsibilities :
* Marketing and Sales Strategies : Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns and initiatives. Regularly assess product value propositions and develop strategies for new products or markets aligned with company vision.
* Market Research and Analysis : Conduct research to identify customer needs, market opportunities, trends, and challenges. Provide forecasts and reports based on data analysis.
* Digital Marketing : Define digital marketing strategies, set KPIs, manage website, email marketing, social media, and lead generation campaigns. Oversee creative campaign development, performance tracking, and ROI maximization. Manage vendors and third-party partners.
* Data Management and Performance Analysis : Monitor marketing and sales performance, establish KPIs, analyze data, and evaluate ROI.
* Forecasting and Pipeline Management : Develop sales forecasting and pipeline processes. Track opportunities, identify bottlenecks, analyze trends, and foster channel partner relationships.
* Customer Relationship Management : Develop CRM strategies to manage interactions, improve retention, and generate insights for decision-making.
Qualifications :
* Degree in marketing or a related field.
* 5-10 years of relevant experience.
* Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, advertising, and CRM.
* Extensive experience in the US market.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Passion for cycling.
