the OCM Lead will leverage their understanding of business needs and our affiliate experience to effectively plan for and manage change initiatives.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute communication strategies to inform and empower impacted audiences to adopt IT-driven changes.
* Partner with senior stakeholders globally to influence organizational behavior change and ensure compliance.
* Create innovative communication campaigns addressing complex topics.
* Simplify and streamline communication processes.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders on communication strategies for complex IT changes.
* Advise on project and communication plans, selecting optimal channels and media.
* Manage end-to-end user communication strategies and oversee their execution.
* Apply organizational change management concepts to high-impact communication plans involving behavior change.
* Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
* Manage resistance to communication plans and promote change adoption and advocacy.
* Provide strategic direction for IT training content.
* Partner with project teams and provide input to product roadmaps.
* Advise on resource management to achieve efficiencies.
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient workflows and share knowledge.
* Align solution deployment with business cycles and communication efforts.
Skills:
* Experience managing multimedia content creation, including video editing with AI tools.
* Excellent relationship-building, collaboration, and communication skills at all organizational levels.
* Outstanding project management skills with the ability to multitask and adapt.
* Business partnering and consulting experience to understand client needs.
* Knowledge of emerging technologies and ability to communicate technical concepts simply.
* Experience with organizational change management practices and instructional design methodologies.
* Experience working within Agile methodologies.
* Proficiency in English.
* Master's degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
* Minimum three years of relevant organizational change management experience.
