Experteer Overview As the Site Due Diligence Design Manager, you lead engineering scope, schedule, and budget for greenfield, brownfield, and retrofit datacenter projects across EMEA. You coordinate MS consultants and internal teams to deliver site due diligence solutions that inform future design and capacity planning. You engage stakeholders and drive design direction with a pragmatic, results-focused mindset. - Provide design management and technical leadership for datacenter architectural/engineering designs
- Oversee delivery of concurrent site due diligence projects within scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate a team of architects, engineers and designers and align deliverables
- Engage with Microsoft stakeholders and external vendors for datacenter architecture and engineering
- Prepare Scope of Services, RFQs, vendor submissions, and negotiate proposals
- Manage vendor and internal MS stakeholder deliverables to ensure quality and safetyResponsabilidades
- Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience running technical site due diligence programs
- Significant experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in commercial/industrial architecture and engineering with focus on datacenter design
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple groups
- Integrity, methodical, detail-oriented work ethic
